What is your shipping policy?
Shipping options for your order will be available at check-out. We ship to the contiguous U.S. and internationally. Free shipping is available for continental U.S. on orders over $150.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. To process a cancellation, please reach out to Customer Support
What is your return policy?
- We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving the order. To initiate a return, please contact Customer Support here with your order number. You will receive a return authorization and shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the order refund. The product(s) being returned must be in its original packaging and condition. All apparel must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. We offer no refunds, exchanges or returns on any merchandise designated on the site as non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order(s) have been shipped. You can track your order by clicking the tracking number in the email or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Support here with your order number.
What are the payment options?
Luna Luna currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Meta Pay, and any other payment method accepted by Shopify in your jurisdiction. We do not accept cryptocurrency of any kind at this time. Payment methods are subject to change.

Do you host Private Events at Luna Luna?
Yes, we are able to host a limited number of private events during Luna Luna's residency at The Shed, for up to 700 guests. Please email concierge@lunaluna.com to connect with the Concierge Team.
Can I schedule a private tour?
Yes. From tours with a curator to private after-hours events, elevate your Luna Luna experience at The Shed with the help of our Concierge Team. Contact us at concierge@lunaluna.com.
Will I be able to ride the attractions?
No. While the rides are operable, they are meant to be immersive artworks to enjoy visually and emotionally.
Is the event suitable for all ages?
Yes all are welcome!
What is the duration of the event?
By popular demand, extended to February 23rd.
Can I take photos at the exhibition?
Yes! Please take as many as you’d like.
Are tickets available on site?
Tickets are available to purchase on site. For more ticketing information or questions, please reach out to info@theshed.org
Is there parking on site?
There are two parking garages in close proximity to The Shed on West 30th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues. One is on the north side of the block, beneath Hudson Yards. An additional garage is located across the street from The Shed at 552 West 30th Street.
